Piciposal for the City of Santa Ana <br />JTMoroan <br />.. .. ld <br />dt [p lit n c <br />The City of Santa Ana will have the ability to retrieve dally balance and transaction reporting, <br />online. <br />The City's primary information reporting and transaction initiation tool will be the wole-based JR <br />Morgan ACCESS systtern. J.P. Morgan ACCESS is available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days <br />per week (excluding minimal maintenance periods) and is accessible using any windows -based <br />computer with Internet capability. <br />Using J.P. Morgan ACCESS, the City will be able to retrieve daily electronic reporting of all <br />account activity, with debits and credits separately reported by account. Information is able to be <br />imported into all common spreadsheet and database programs and includes account balances, <br />along with all pertinent float information. <br />J.P. Morgan ACCESS cash reporting services provide balance, transaction and other treasury <br />management information for DDA accounts at J.P. Morgan, as well as accounts at other <br />institutions.
