The City reserves <br />the right to award the Base Bid only, Base Bid plus any Alternate Bid Items (if any) or Base Bid <br />plus all Alternate Bid items. <br />The quantity for this bid item is shown for bid comparison only. This bid item shall not be <br />subject to the "25%" limit as stated in Section 3-2 of the Standard Specifications. The actual <br />amount for this item will be dictated by the actual quantity used, and the Agency reserves <br />the right to Increase or decrease the quantity of this Item accordingly. <br />TIME FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />The undersigned bidder hereby proposes to complete the Work for the total contract base bid <br />amount shown above, within eighty (80) working days after the commencement date stated in <br />the Notice to Proceed. <br />If Alternate Bid#1 is awarded, five (S) working days will be added to the working days assigned <br />to complete the contract base bid items. <br />If Alternate Bid#2 is awarded, five (5) working days will be added to the working days assigned <br />to complete the contract base bid items. <br />If Alternate Bid#3 is awarded, twenty (20) working days will be added to the working days <br />assigned to complete the contract base bid items. <br />If Alternate Bid#4 is awarded, ten (10) working days will be added to the working days assigned <br />to complete the contract base bid items. <br />am <br />
