GREAT WESTERN RECLAMATION <br /> JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> POSITION/TITLE: Sales Manager <br /> REPORTS TO: Division President <br /> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> • Responsible for planning, coordination and direction of Divisions's Sales <br /> Department. <br /> • Customer satisfaction. <br /> • Actions of salespersons. <br /> • Final check of revenue reporting forms. <br /> • Establish pricing for competitive services. <br /> • Establish sales territories. <br /> • Plan Agenda and hold weekly sales meetings. <br /> • Maintain and build a profitable customer base, consistent with the revenue and <br /> profit forecasts made during the budgeting process. <br /> • Monitor market and competitor activity. <br /> • Review Salespersons sales call journals on a daily basis. <br /> • Great Western Reclamation and WMI Service Agreements requirements. <br /> • WMI PAP B-910 requirements. <br /> • Establishes public relations activities and plans the level of participation of <br /> individual sales representatives. Promotes Company image. <br /> • Acts as liaison between the Sales Representative and Operations in order to <br /> coordinate sales activities with operational capabilities. <br /> • Hires and trains Sales staff. <br /> • Conducts formal written evaluation of subordinates annually. <br /> • Other special assignments as directed by the Division President. <br /> WORK EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> • High School diploma required, college degree desirable. <br /> • Skills in managing employees, human relations, communication skills and general <br /> supervision. <br /> • Excellent problem solving ability. <br />
