2. Sunset Environmental, Inc./Sunset Fibre Industries Key Personnel <br /> and Organization <br /> The following information pertains to the competency of personnel employed <br /> by Sunset Environmental and Sunset Fibre, who have direct responsibility for the <br /> operation of the Sunset Material Recovery Facility. This section includes a <br /> personal profile on each key individual showing years of industry experience and <br /> past work experience. <br /> Attached as part of Appendix G is a listing of Sunset Environmental current <br /> employees. Job descriptions for each position proposed at the Santa Ana MRF are <br /> also included in Appendix G (which correlate to current positions at Sunset <br /> Environmental). <br /> The General Manager has the overall responsibility of the facility. Though most <br /> of the daily operations will be delegated to other managers, the General Manager <br /> will directly oversee all government relations and compliance with all permits and <br /> regulations. <br /> The Controller is responsible for all accounting aspects of the facility and internal <br /> systems and procedures. Reporting of all waste diversion and recycling <br /> recordkeeping per state and customer requirements, customer billing and <br /> receivables are the Controller's main responsibilities. In addition, all personnel <br /> matters and other general administration will be under the Controller's duties. <br /> The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the MRF. <br /> Processing the incoming materials and shipping the outgoing recyclables is the <br /> manager's primary duty. Under the guidance of the General Manager all safety <br /> and regulatory compliance is managed as well. <br /> The Maintenance Manager plays another key role in the overall success of <br /> operating a MRF.
