5. ThD City Ml provide: the assignment details and necessary qualifications to the Propcser(s� and a <br />paint-of•contzct for the assignment. <br />b. The City's paint -of -contact is available to answer any questions Proposer(s) may have on the <br />assignment, the qualif€cations, expehence/skill level needed, desired pay rate, etc. <br />a The Proposer(s) will conduct a search (if necessary), rrratch and qualify process skills (inolUding <br />technical assessment. personality assessment, reference checks, etc.) to identify qualified potential <br />cand€dates. <br />d, The Proposer(s) willl prov de tine City's point -of -contact wt� re-sumes of qualified potential candidates. <br />Pa. Tfie City will :,eler;t file candidate whose skiffs and experience best matches the City's deeds and who <br />has tine lowest total cost to the City. <br />h. When the City has ident€fiecf a candidat�3 that it wishes to engage and has notified the Proposer, the <br />Proposer will Conduct background checks, and confirm) candidate availability, interest in the <br />ersgagernent and aoceptance of the terms and conditions of an engagerrrent with the City. <br />i, Once the Proposer has completed the checks and confirmations, the Proposer will notify the City and <br />final details will be worked out, <br />j. The City agreer hent trana.ger will send a confirming electronic mail rness,-;ge to the Proposer as final <br />confirmation of the engagement. <br />k. After a candidate has been accepted but prior to beginning the engagement, the Proposer will inform <br />Uhe candidate on the standard of conduct required of those working with the City and brief the candidate <br />on pertinent Proposer business procedures (e.g. time rsportinrg, requesting tirraoff, personnel benefits, <br />e tc. ) <br />1. After are engagement starts, the Proposer will Monitor their personnel's performance on a periodic basis <br />to ens�ire their contin0ng fit with the City and the City's satisfaction. <br />5.
