As a basis for payment of invoices, <br />ternporary staff/consultants must provide Proposer(s) with a tirneshe:�t for each billing per;od, signed by their <br />City of Santa Ana .supervisor, This timesheet must show the project assignment's during the Milling period and <br />fours warked for each project. <br />&I invoices subrn tted for payment roust shahs the breakdown of hours actually viorked for each individual <br />raccordi ng to their timesheets. <br />The City will pay invoir.,Ms within 30 clays after approval by the City Agreement administrator. <br />No pUrChase orders w0l be ;asued, <br />6.12 Labor and Wage Requirements <br />The Propcsar shall be fully responsible for ensuring: <br />a) The payment of all salaries, wages, bonuses, Social Sewurity, Workers' Compensation taxes, <br />Federal and State Unernplay rnent InsLrranc-4, card any and all tares relating to the personnel <br />furnished render this agreement, <br />0) Withholdlrng Statti arid Federal Ilncorne taxp;a <br />c) F.I.C,Ae taxes <br />d) Prov€ding Workars' Compensation for its personnel <br />e; Compliance with all other laws telating to employees and contract personnel, such as wage and <br />hour laws,, safety and health requirennents, and coMeGtivs bargaining laws. <br />6.13 Orders <br />The City does not guarantee any specific number of hours or assignments will be made during the lifa of this <br />agreement, <br />City requirements for temporary services rat specified in this prcppsa1 Will be contractad on the open market in <br />tine customary manner, <br />Proposer(s) will be required to provide some rinlatuaify acceptable means for the Cite to contract there during <br />normal business hours of 8:00 a.m to 6 p.m, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, <br />6,14 Overtime and Holldays <br />The City will pay only straight time (i,e. ro increase in effective dourly billing rate) for all hours worked. <br />Overtime will fr:;: consid rMd as any time ir1 excess of the City's schedur -d woets ween.
