SecuritySTARSs' provides you with the peace of <br />mind of knowing continuously improving Security Officers are always on the job. <br />The effort and impact Security Officers put toward their <br />security training and sharpening their skills is <br />recognized by the STARS we pin on their uniforms. <br />Security Officers are awarded one to five STARS <br />dependent upon their level of completion along their <br />SecuritySTARS5m development path. Each level requires <br />a combination of core training, client- specific training, <br />demonstrated proficiency, and tenure. <br />Our industry exclusive <br />training, development, and <br />recognition initiative enables <br />our Security Officers to <br />rapidly deploy new skills to <br />meet new threats. <br />There are five ascending levels of achievement with STARS awarded upon successful completion of <br />training components, along with tenure and Supervisor recommendation.
