E. Complete the construction staking within the time frame specified oil the Survey <br />Request Form, or (given minimum notice) commence the staking no later than two <br />working days from the receipt of the request, providing continuous service until the <br />request is complete. <br />F. Furnish alt office support, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary <br />to complete the specified surveys. The costs for these items shall be included in the <br />hourly or lump sum costs and no additional compensation will be allowed thererore. <br />G. Attend meetings with City's staff as required. <br />Map Checking Services <br />A. Information furnished by the City for oheeking will be roughly as follows: 1 set of <br />Exhibits, title reports, reference documents (Deed, Parcel Map, Tract Map, etc.), traverse <br />closures, and improvement plans, <br />B. 'Review Exhibits for technical correctness and completeness, consistency with the City <br />guidelines and requirements, compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, and acceptance <br />for recording. <br />C. 'Review title report and existing easements for correct plotting and references. <br />D. Review improvement plans associated with the project to ensure the Exhibits correctly <br />identity the limits and location as shown on the improvement plans. <br />E. Provide a set of redline check prints showing the redlined continents, and required <br />corrections and information. <br />F. Provide a check letter covering the major required comments, and corrections and <br />instruction for future submittals. <br />G. Provide a timesheet at the end of every review to include, but is not limited to, project <br />name, review number, dates, review hours, hourly rate, and total cost. <br />Miscellaneous Services <br />A. Provide survey services as requested. A detailed scope of work will be outlined when <br />specific project is assigned to the consultant. Services shall include, but are not limited <br />to, cross-sections, intersection grids, centerline determination, digital terrain models <br />(dun), right of way determination, utility profiles and exhibits, <br />B. Generate a computer drawing in Microstation V8 format as well as the sample survey <br />drawing on the City of Santa Ana website listed in item K below. <br />C. All survey needs to be prepared to the satisfaction of the City's Surveyor and meet the <br />following standards: <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 17.009 <br />Page Al -2 <br />
