The Certified EIR also concludedthat the <br />Approved Project was not located within a 100 -year floodplain. Therefore, the Revised Project <br />would not result in new significant: impacts, beyond those'identified in the.Certified EIR. No new mitigation measures <br />are required. <br />Mitigation Measures: <br />Eased on the analysis and information above, Mitigation MeasuresilYD-1 through HYD -3 included <br />in the Certified EIR for the Approved Project would be applicable to the Revised,Praject. <br />IIYD-1 All proposed drainage hnprovernents,,including project catch basins; shall be <br />designed and constructed in accordance with the" standards set by the City of Santa <br />Ana and by the Orange Cqunty Flood Control District.
