I noticed that too about the 29 applicants just this year or at at least from the meeting earlier this year when <br />Janet Nguyen was there and staff indicated there were only about 3 or 5 applications in the last couple of years and make <br />It sound like we didn't have anything to worry about. And now we have 29 applications and as I told Evarigeline I would <br />bet dollars to donuts that those applicants aren't for "granny and gramps" but are absentee landlords who want to add <br />another dwelling to get another $1500+. bucks a month rent. <br />I also wonder how this has now become a big rush?
