Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />Located on the west side of North Heliotrope Drive, this is a one -and -a -half story single-family residence was constructed in <br />the Late Colonial Revival style. "L" -shaped in plan, the building has a cross -gabled roof with a moderate pitch. The roof has <br />shallow eaves marked by crown molding in the gable ends, and is clad in wood shingles. The gutters have a similar design to <br />the crown molding in the gable ends, and extend slightly around comers to similate eave returns. The asymmetrical exterior <br />features smooth stucco cladding with horizontal wood boards in the gable ends beneath the roof eaves, and a brick chimney <br />at the exterior east elevation. Windows are multilight, double -hung, wood sash with decorative wood plank shutters. The <br />primary entry is not visible from the street, as it is inset from the wall plane at the south elevation. There is a detached side - <br />gable garage at the southwest comer of the parcel, which is accessible via a poured concrete driveway. The property is <br />lushly landscaped and in good condition.
