Located on the west side of North Heliotrope Drive, this is a one -and -a -half story single-family residence was constructed in the Late Colonial Revival style. "L" -shaped in plan, the building has a cross -gabled roof with a moderate pitch. The roof has shallow eaves marked by crown molding in the gable ends, and is clad in wood shingles. The gutters have a similar design to the crown molding in the gable ends, and extend slightly around comers to similate eave returns. The asymmetrical exterior features smooth stucco cladding with horizontal wood boards in the gable ends beneath the roof eaves, and a brick chimney at the exterior east elevation. Windows are multilight, double -hung, wood sash with decorative wood plank shutters. The primary entry is not visible from the street, as it is inset from the wall plane at the south elevation. There is a detached side - gable garage at the southwest comer of the parcel, which is accessible via a poured concrete driveway. The property is lushly landscaped and in good condition.
