Also address integrity) <br />The Frandson-Mouwdy House is architecturally significant as a characteristic example of the Late Colonial Revival style. It <br />was built in 1938 and the first known residents were Edward and Hazel Frandson. He was a dentist that retired in 1940, and <br />moved to Santa Barbara in 1955. According to city directories the next resident was G. Stanley Norton, who was also a <br />dentist and lived in the property who is listed as living at the property in 1962. The next known resident was Robert C. <br />Maddock.
