ARTICLE XXV <br />25.0 WAIVER OF BARGAINING DURING THE TERM OF THIS MOU <br />25.1 Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this MOU fully and completely <br />incorporates the understanding of the parties regarding the provisions contained in this <br />MOU. Neither party shall, during the term of this MOU, demand any change to the MOU, <br />except that nothing shall prohibit the parties from changing the terms of the MOU by <br />mutual agreement and in writing signed by the parties. <br />75 <br />25B-77 <br />
