ARTICLE XXVI <br />26.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br />26.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br />flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, provisions <br />of this MOU or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, which restrict the City's <br />ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the duration of such <br />emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this MOU will be reinstated <br />immediately. The Union shall have the right to meet and confer with the City regarding <br />the impact on employees of the suspension of the provisions in the MOU during the course <br />of the emergency. <br />76 <br />25B-78 <br />
