G R A N I C U S RFP NO.: 17-107 Automated Agenda Workflow <br />Program and Meeting Video Streaming/Archiving <br />4. PROJECT TEAMS <br />4.1. Granicus Project Team <br />Granicus will assign the following team members to Client's implementation project: <br />1. PROJECT MANAGER (GRANICUS PM): This is the primary person responsible for the <br />implementation of and adherence to project plans. See below for the full job <br />description. <br />2. BUSINESS ANALYST (LEGISTAR ONLY): This person leads the customization and set up of <br />the Legistar solution. <br />3. DESIGNER: The Designer is responsible for customizations and modifications of <br />Granicus products that relate to reports and web design. <br />4. SOLUTION VALIDATION ENGINEER: This team member is responsible for reviewing Client's <br />technical compatibility with new or existing Granicus solutions. He or she will confirm <br />the solution will work in Client environment and ensure Client will maximize the <br />intended and desired benefits from the solution. <br />5. PRODUCT TRAINER: The Trainer delivers instructor -led online or in -person training. <br />Granicus reserves the right to make adjustments to the project team roles as <br />deemed appropriate. <br />The Granicus resources assigned to this project will be knowledgeable of the Granicus <br />modules included in the solution and Client's business processes and requirements. <br />These resources shall be fully capable of performing assigned duties, fulfilling project <br />commitments, and communicating with Client team members effectively. <br />granicus.com I info@granicus.com page 33 <br />
