Commitment to Employing Santa Ana Residents <br />SOARCbllective agrees to use its reasonable efforts to hire qualified aty of Santa Ana residents living in <br />Santa Ana towork atits medical and adult -use cannabis retail business. Additionally,9OARCollective <br />shall also use reasonable efforts to retain the services of qualified contractors and suppliers who are <br />located in the City of Santa Ana or who employ a significant number of Oty of Santa Ana residents. <br />8OARODIlective shall make a good faith effort to advertise on various social media stes, at local job <br />fairs, and through public agencies and organizations. Lastly, Our Director and Resident Christopher <br />Francy has been a Santa Ana resident since July of 2017 and intendsto remain in the aty for years to <br />come. <br />Economic Benefits- Commerce <br />9OARCollective is committed to Santa Ana and the City's Economic Opportunity Plan, which aims to <br />create and maintain a diverse, stable and sustainable economic base. The plan's objectives are to <br />• Create higher paying jobsfor Santa Ana citizens <br />• Increase revenues that will allow the Oty to provide quality services for its residents <br />• Improve and maintain theaty'sappearanceincluding public facilities and infrastructure <br />The Dispensary will do all three things. By permitting, regulating, and taxing cannabis businesses, Santa <br />Ana can effectively levy revenue with little to no negative consequences. Rather than increasing the <br />price of finesor taxes, Santa Ana has a great opportunity for revenue generation. <br />The Dispensary prioritizes the use of locally -owned companies and will work closely with any local trade <br />organizationsfor the mutual benefit of all those involved.
