In our quarterly team meetings at the store, we will encourage our staff to carpool. Not only is this good <br />for the environment but it helps keep people accountable to getting to work on time, an added bonus. <br />tecycling <br />We encourage our staff to recycle which is very important to waste reduction which has a huge negative <br />impact on the natural environment. Fbcycling helps reduce the pollution caused by waste. In addition, it <br />brings benefits tothe economy. Flacyciing creates new business such as transporting, processing and <br />selling recovered materials aswelI as companies that manufacture and distribute products made with <br />recycled materials. <br />Energy Efficiency <br />To improve the health and safety in theworkplaoe and reduce operating costs, energy efficiency is <br />another sustainable practice used in the work place. New energy regulations are appearing rapidly at <br />both the federal and state level and we intend to comply with those regulations. For instance, we are <br />already Ttle 24 compliant throughout having constructed our business in 2015.
