Any legally incorporated entity of which you own more than 50 percent of the voting stock m during the policy period. However, "insured" does not include any organization that: (1) Is a partnership or joint venture; or (2) Is an insured under any other automobile policy; or (3) Has exhausted its Limit of Insurance under any other automobile policy.`p�' Paragraph d.
