SIEMENS <br />Bryan Berlin <br />Position with the Company <br />Senior Project Manager <br />Length of time with the Company <br />3 years <br />Licenses, registrations and certifications as required by law to perform the Scope of Work <br />described herein <br />Project Management Certified <br />Certified Senior Lighting Technician <br />Educational background <br />Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, California State Polytechnic University <br />Professional Management, Project Management Institute <br />Role in the Project <br />Bryan will be responsible for maintaining the project budget, resources, and managing material <br />purchasing. In addition, Bryan will provide project management support to the project team. This <br />will include the supervision of Siemens field personnel and any partners participating in the <br />project (e.g., subcontractors, materials suppliers, recycling vendor, etc). He will be responsible <br />for the overall coordination of the project including staffing, material and labor procurement, <br />scheduling and execution of the project. The goal of our Project Managers is to complete the <br />project on schedule with minimal disruption to the clients facilities while ensuring client <br />expectations are met, <br />Experience with the minimum requirements stated herein <br />Mr. Berlin has over 10 years of project management experience within the street lighting and <br />ITS industries. In his current role, he manages all phases of project implementation including the <br />creation of the project plan, schedule and budget, procurement, supervision of Siemens ITS field <br />personnel and project administrative staff, oversight of any project partners/vendors, and <br />stakeholder communications. <br />Mr. Berlin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management <br />Institute (PMI) and adheres strictly to their project management principles with a primary focus <br />on the triple constraints of scope -schedule -cost and achieving customeristakeholder goals. <br />In previous employment Mr. Berlin worked as a Project Manager for Service 1°Lighting and Tri - <br />County Lighting as a Project Manager. He primarily managed the construction of new street light <br />systems, public right of way lighting systems and energy efficient retrofits. Customers included <br />Southern California municipalities. <br />Work history on similar or like projects with the other municipalities <br />City of San Diego Street Lighting General Requirements Contact <br />Mr. Berlin was the Project Manager for this project. Using in-house resources Siemens <br />successfully completed the City of San Diego General Requirements Contract (GRC) T11 Street <br />Lighting and Traffic Signals. Under this contract, Siemens installed ground -up street lighting <br />systems, modified intersections and installed lighted cross walks throughout San Diego.
