The primary purpose of the Relocation Plan is to outline the <br />requirements for moving and re-establishing the displaced residential and business <br />occupants, and to demonstrate the level of advisory and financial assistance that will <br />be provided. <br />I. Based on occupant interviews, needs analyses, and searches for <br />appropriate replacement sites, the Agency estimates relocation costs to be <br />approximately $2,081,800. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Relocation Plan for the <br />acquisition activities for Phase 1 of the Warner Avenue widening plan between Main <br />Street and Oak Street. A copy of the Plan will be available in the City's Public Works <br />Agency. <br />Section 3. In accordance with the Califomia Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in the previously <br />prepared Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2012101004) approved by the <br />City Council on September 1, 2015. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote <br />adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of 12018. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
