<br />As Principal of Newcomb Anderson McCormick, Mr. Anderson Is
<br />responsible for the technical quality of all engineering analyses and design,
<br />overseeing the engineering staff, and providing technical assistance and
<br />training to the engineering staff. Mr. Anderson has over 35 years'
<br />experience working exclusively in the field of energy management, and
<br />has performed energy efficiency analyses and design for buildings on five
<br />continents, Including printing plants in Scotland and England; hotels In
<br />Brazil; hospitals In Australia, Japan, Guam; and thousands of buildings in
<br />the US, from Alaska to New York, Mr. Anderson has evaluated the energy
<br />efficiency of ceramics production lines, office towers, nuclear processing
<br />facilities, medical centers, laundries, steel mills, hotels., biotech facilities,
<br />prisons, college campuses, military Installations, printing plants, research
<br />laboratories, and coal, oil, and nuclear steam plants.
<br />SELECTED PROJECTS
<br />Statewide Energy Efficiency Partnerships
<br />Established program standards, performed technical review of
<br />contractor work and approved project savings for Retrofit Projects
<br />and MBCx Projects in Statewide energy efficiency programs, including
<br />the UC/CSU/IOU Partnership and the CCC/IOU Partnership.
<br />Management and oversight of public goods charge (PGC) funded
<br />program that serves the 33 -campus UC and CSU systems. Involved
<br />approximately $350 million in energy efficiency upgrades statewide,
<br />with PGC funds contributing over $60 million of the total, resulting in
<br />approximately $50M in annual operating savings. Performed project
<br />identification and technical due diligence for over 40 projects at
<br />California Community College campuses on behalf of Southern
<br />California Edison and SoCai Gas.
<br />K-12 School District Prop 39 Project Development and Support
<br />Chief engineer overseeing all engineering work in support of Prop 39 -
<br />funded projects at Ii school Districts throughout California,
<br />including Trinity County Office of Education, Brea -Olinda, Azusa,
<br />Fremont, Palm Springs, Lincoln and Twin Rivers.
<br />Renewable Generation Projects for Public Sector Clients
<br />Chief Engineer overseeing all technicaland engineering work
<br />associated with the analysis, development, procurement, and
<br />implementation of renewable generation projects for municipalities,
<br />school districts, community colleges, and universities, the East Bay
<br />Regional Parks District (EBRPD), the San Bernardino Associated
<br />Governments (SANBAG), California Reclamation Districts, and the
<br />Energy Coalition's Southern California Regional Energy Network
<br />(SoCAL REN).
