CLARKE PE REGISTRATION <br />DIRECTOR Registered Professional Engineer <br />Newcomb Anderson McCormick (Mechanical), California <br />As a Director for Newcomb Anderson McCormick with over 14 years' <br />EDUCATION <br />experience, Mr. Clarke heads NAM's southern California office, building <br />BS Mechanical Engineering, Lehigh <br />upon NAM's existing relationships and expanding their influence into <br />University, Bethlehem, PA <br />Southern California. Working not only with IOUs, Municipal Utilities and <br />Local Governments but also directly with the end customers, Mr. Clarice <br />Certificate of Automotive Enterprise <br />and his team focus on designing and implementing innovative and cost <br />'Studies, Fairleigl Dickenson University, <br />effective programs and providing top-notch technical resources to the <br />utilities and end customers. Mr. Clarke is also responsible for developing <br />NJ <br />and managing the strategic direction of energy efficiency programs and <br />;- <br />projects. Manages NAM's efforts to Identify energy efficiency and DR <br />• RetrocommlSsloning <br />opportunities and to provide customers with a roadmap to <br />implementation. Designs and implements pilot efforts to evaluate RCx <br />• Process improvement <br />at CCC campuses and other smaller facilities. Guides his team to <br />• Product Training <br />leverage available utility Incentives and rebates to improve project <br />• Building Energy Simulations <br />viability through an in-depth understanding of how programs work and <br />• Measurement and Verification <br />how best to maximize incentives and energy savings. Advises CCC <br />• Solar Feasibility Modeling <br />Partnership Management Team on new program offerings and project <br />Grant Writing/Evaluation <br />development opportunities. <br />Contracting <br />• JOC Contra <br />• PG&E Core Retrocommissioning Program <br />Assisted with the development, management and growth of PG&E's <br />- <br />energy efficiency RCx program, ultimately delivering over 120 paid <br />PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS <br />projects and 61M kWh of energy savings. Closely involved with the <br />• Association of Energy Engineers, <br />development and implementation of the program, including <br />Southern California <br />establishment of program policies, processes and technical guidelines, <br />• California Commissioning <br />as well as oversight, management and training of numerous program <br />Collaborative <br />stakeholders, including utility staff and contractors. <br />. California Energy Efficiency <br />• The City and County of San Francisco <br />Industry Council <br />Managed Energy Efficiency retrofit projects funded by the ban <br />Francisco Public Utility Commission's Power Enterprise and General <br />Fund contracts.
