Mr. Hutchens has over 21 years of extensive <br />experience in both the technical and construction -related aspects of the traffic signal and streetlight <br />maintenance industry, He has served In many different capacities with increasing responsibility as he <br />has shown himself thorough, professional and competent through the years from field laborer to <br />foreman, field supervisor, technical support for US Traffic Corporation, and estimating, operations <br />management, project management, and service account management. <br />Mr, Hutchens will provide the following functions: <br />➢ Management and scheduling of installation crews <br />➢ Coordinating installation with project manager and project plan <br />A Ensures EH&S standards are met <br />Steve Teal - Director of Services. Mr. Teal has 18 years of experience in traffic signal and street light <br />installation and maintenance, As the current Head of the Customer Service (CS) business nationwide, <br />he is responsible for 80 office employees, management of 70 field employees and over 120 municipal <br />traffic signal and street lighting maintenance contracts. His accreditations include: <br />• IMSA Work Zone Safety Certified <br />• IMSA Level I, II, III Certified Traffic Signal Technician <br />• IMSA Associate Member <br />As Director of Services, Steve would be the point of escalation if any issues arise from the installations <br />team. <br />Siemens Is well acquainted with the City of Santa Ana, and has performed several projects in the past. <br />The staff for this project is very familiar with the area, as well as the City staff. We have performed work <br />for the City which includes streetlight retrofits and traffic signal installation. We are pleased to have this <br />opportunity to work with the City again.
