SAPD Detective ANDY ALVAREZ and Officer <br />MOISES JIMENEZ were also present during the interview. The interview was conducted <br />primarily in Spanish. It should be noted that LEON’s nickname is “CHEETOS”, and <br />often referred to him as “CHEETOS” during the interview.
