SEMAN requested I respond to Western Medical Center, located at 1001 North Tustin <br />Avenue, in the city of Santa Ana, to conduct interviews of the treating hospital staff. <br />At approximately 0200 hours, I arrived at Western Medical Center, and met with the <br />following Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) personnel who were present to assist in the <br />investigation: SAPD Detective DEAN FULCHER and SAPD Patrol Officer ELIZABETH GRANADOS. <br />FULCHER advised me that he had already placed a hold on LEON’S pre transfusion blood, prior <br />to my arrival. <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />INITIAL RESPONSE AND INTERVIEW REPORT <br />
