The incident occurred in the 500 block of East <br />Washington Avenue, in the city of Santa Ana. SEMAN requested I respond to the incident scene and <br />assist with the investigation. I arrived at approximately 0200 hours. <br /> At approximately 0245 hours, Santa Ana Police Sergeant JAY MILLER conducted a briefing <br />surrounding the known circumstances of the incident for the personnel involved in the investigation. <br /> At approximately 0300 hours, SEMAN directed me to team with Santa Ana Police Detective <br />DOMINGO CABRERA and respond to the Santa Ana Police Department to witness Orange County <br />Sheriff’s Department Forensic personnel, while they processed the officers involved in the shooting <br />incident. <br /> At approximately 0408 hours, Orange County Sheriff’s Department Forensic Specialist HILARY <br />PEPLOWSKI photographed the officer involved in the shooting incident and collected the following <br />under FR# 12-58683: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer DAVID GARCIA #3231 <br />• Glock, Model 22, .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, Serial Number: LGU499 <br />• One magazine from the pistol containing 12 rounds and 1 round from the chamber of the pistol <br />• Two additional magazines from magazine pouch each containing 15 rounds <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT <br />
