In accordance with purchasing guidelines, the Parks, Recreation, and <br /> Community Services Agency requests approval for a new agreement with Pyro <br /> Spectaculars, Inc. for this year's celebration. Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. provides <br /> pyrotechnics and fireworks shows for various engagements. The agreement will provide <br /> a 20-minute firework production to celebrate this year's 4t" of July at Centennial Park. <br /> All pyrotechnic equipment, trained pyrotechnicians, shipping, and related products will <br /> be provided by Pyro Spectaculars. <br /> Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 26-032 was issued on March 11, 2026 on the City's <br /> online bid management and publication system. A summary of vendor participation and <br /> results is as follows: <br /> 210 Vendors notified <br /> 1 Santa Ana Vendor notified <br /> 14 Vendors downloaded the RFP packet <br /> 2 Responsive proposals received <br /> 0 Responsive proposals received from Santa Ana vendors <br />
