We prepared all <br />street improvement plans kir these lin facts, including . <br />roadway pian and profiles, detail sheets, traffic signal <br />modification, signing and striping, and aboat fighting. <br />Lakewood/Rosemead Boulevard at Telegraph Road <br />Impmvements, Downey, CA (Project Engineer) <br />Jeff helped design and construct street inpmvements and <br />enhancements at the Lakewood BoulevmdlRmemead <br />Boulevard Intersection with Telegraph Road. This profit <br />was funded by the Truck Impacted Intersection Program <br />Phase 2 through the Gateway Cities CCG and Measure <br />R funds as part of the M Congestion Hot Spots Study. <br />It was a joint effort between the cities of Downey and <br />Pico Rivera combiningthe two funding sources and <br />completing the improvement of this Intersection as one <br />comprehensive project This project reconstructed the <br />Intersection with PCC pavement and widening to ultimate <br />width to include additional through and tum lanes. The <br />scope of work was to rehabilitate the roadway pavement <br />and provide capacity -enhancing improvements. The <br />pavement rehabilitation will Involve complete pavement <br />recoriftation utilizing PCC pavementfor the Intersection <br />and all approaches In all directons. <br />"nenotesproJacts compNoifivith other firms <br />I l li '1 i ,e a Fllew � f i1, 1' <br />Fairview Road and Wilson Street intersection <br />Improvements, Costa Mase, CA (Project Manager) <br />Jeff managed the engineering design for ttta roadway <br />Improvements along Wilson Strut from Columbia Dive <br />to Newport Boulevard. The project Involved widening <br />both sides of When Street to provide additional through <br />lanes in bath directions throughout the project limits, <br />Services included conceptual planning, final PS&E and <br />right -of --way, mapping. The scope of the improvaments <br />Included new asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, <br />driveways, a bus turnout, ADA -Compliant curb ramps, <br />drskge improvements, unity relocations, private <br />property Improvements, signing and strgkrg, and a 1ref is <br />signal modification. Construction bid documents and an <br />engineer`s estimate were also prepared. Finally, legal <br />descriptions, plats, and a programming cost estimate were <br />prepared for the parcels where right of --way acquisition <br />that was required for the project improvements. <br />Newport Boulevard Widening, Newport Beach, CA <br />(Project Manager) <br />Jeff managed this project that provided comprehensive <br />professional services associated with the conceptual <br />planning, final design and constnrotlon of street <br />Improvements and landscaping anhimoomends along <br />Newport Boulevard from 30th Street to Via Lido. <br />The project Included roadway widening and median <br />Improvements along Newport Boulevard to add an <br />additional northbound through Ione between 301h Street <br />to 32nd Street and an additional southbound through lane <br />between Vie Lib to 32nd Street Comte bike lens <br />were constructed along both sides of Newport Boulevard <br />to provide a connection to the existing bike lanes along <br />32nd Shot, west of Newport Baelaverd. The project <br />also included constructing a now pubbic parking lot on <br />the northwest comer of to Newport Boulevard and 32nd <br />Street Intersection, which requkanl the demolition of an <br />existing building.
