TAIT & Associates, Inc. <br />On -Call Engineering Services <br />0 1110000000al <br />Reagan & Peterson Park Parking Lot <br />Rehabilitation Project- Diamond Bar, CA <br />TAIT was hired by the City of Olamond Bar to analyze, design and conduct <br />construction management and Inspection services for the expansion of two <br />public park parking lots. The design services Included topographic survey, <br />geotechnical Investigation, water quality management design, Los Angeles <br />County Flood Control District storm drain permit processing, and the <br />preparation of detailed PSH for the construction of the park Improvements, <br />Design analysis Included addition of handicapped parking stalls, design of <br />opfirual cross and longitudinal grades and the Installation of retaining curbs <br />to optimize the parking stalloonfIguration. Extensive coordination between <br />the City's public works and Park Maintenance Division was required In order <br />to ensure the design was both In compliance with public works standards as <br />well as the park.d1vislan's ultimate master plan. <br />OC Animal Care Fadlity - Tustin, CA <br />TAIT prepared rough and precise grading plans, street plans, sewer and water <br />plans, fire water protection plans, Water Quality Management Plan and the <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for a 10-acre site on the former MCAS- <br />Tustin. This County of Orange project was the first Design -Build project by the <br />County, The contract was award In the spring of 2016 and a Rough Grading <br />Permit was,issued by the City of Tustin In July 2016 while the OC An, imal Care <br />and the Design-80d Contrictorfinalized the facility ends site Improvements, <br />As part of the Design TAIT coordinated the projeces containment wall and <br />fence locations and develop a site accessibility plan for the overall project. <br />The facility Includes a 2-story 40,000 SF administration building with state of <br />the art veterinary fecliltles, six dog kennels, special cat housing quarters and <br />a small corral. Separate parking lots provide for the public and staff parking <br />lots which repurposed nearly I -acre of existing concrete tarmac. The project <br />also Includes eight stormwater bio-filtration basins to treat storm water <br />runoff from the site before It enters the public storm drain system.
