Construction of the $28 million <br />facility Is scheduled to be completed by August 2016. When completed the <br />facility will Include a 2-story 40,000 SF administration building with state of the <br />aft veterinary facilities, six do& kennels, special cat housing quarters and a small <br />corral, Separate parking lots are provide for the public and staff with the staff <br />parking lot repurposing nearly I -acre of existing concrete tarmac. The project <br />also includes eight storm water blo-flitration basins to treat storm water runoff <br />frorn the site before It enters the public storm drain system. <br />The Commons at Quartz Hill, City of Lancaster, Project Engineer, 2016-Present <br />Served as the Senior Project manager for this retail center that includes an <br />185,000 SF Walmart Supercenter and 14 outparcels and Is located at the NWC of <br />Avenue L and 60th Street West In the City of Lancaster.
