Scope of Services <br />Project Management, Coordination, and QAIQC <br />We will schedule a kick-off meeting with the City staff and <br />other stakeholders to discuss the Project Plan, including the <br />scope of services and schedule, as well as outline <br />immediate tasks to commence, Our key team members will <br />attend. We will discuss QA and QC procedures we will <br />Implement. Clear Imes of communication between the City <br />and our team members will be established. Meeting <br />frequency and attendees will also be verified. for the <br />purpose of this proposal, we have assumed one client <br />meeting per month. <br />Research and field Review <br />Immediately upon notice to proceed, we will obtain all <br />relevant documents from the City (end County, If needed) <br />and review project constraints. All existing utilities will be <br />researched and identified and as -built plans will be used <br />when available for locating substructures.
