This was part of an Anaheim redevelopment <br />project that involved the realigning Lincoln Avenue to create safer <br />traffic conditions at the Intersection of Lincoln and West Street, as <br />well as the consolidating several Caltrans' right-of-way adjustments <br />that resulted from the SR-5 and Lincoln Avenue Interchange <br />Improvements, <br />North San Fernando Boulevard Safety improvements*, <br />Burbank, CA (Project Manager) <br />Carlos managed the safety improvements design for North San <br />Fernando Boulevard between GrlsmerAvenue and Walnut Avenue, <br />In accordance to the North San Fernando Master Plan, The project <br />designed curb extensions to improve thealignment at various <br />intersections, traffic signal modifications, adding bile lanes, left - <br />turn lanes, and ADA ramps and crossings. Project funding utilized <br />a Federal HSIP grant and It had to comply to Caltrans and Federal <br />guidelines for design and construction procurement. Stanteo prepared <br />the PS&E package, as well as ell associated documents and exhibits <br />in Caltrans LAPM for Authorization to proceed with right-of-way <br />acquisition and construction. <br />
