The Landscaped areas <br />that were to be affected were managed by various property owners/ <br />districts. Steve's early coordination efforts with these stakeholders <br />allowed for a consensus on scope, As a result the first iteration of <br />this project gained acceptance and approval. <br />Redondo Beach Cycle Track, Redondo Beach, CA <br />(Landscape Architect Task Manager) <br />Steve developed plans for the bicycle friendly facilliles along two <br />Important roadways within Redondo Beach's Marine district, as <br />well as a welcome park at Redondo Beach's northern gateway <br />at Hermosa Beach, His team also provided the colored graphics <br />used at the stakeholder outreach meetings at which he presented <br />the project's landscape elements. Steve's experience with plants <br />that tolerate and even thrive in the coastal environments was <br />of vital importance as this project Is located within some of the <br />harshest coastal influence. His Input on the pavement materials <br />and site furnishings, as well as the Inter -nodal connection points for <br />pedastnan/cyclists was essential for providing a safe and enjoyable <br />experience for the various users <br />
