Improvements included grind end asphalt <br />overlay, redesign of existing Gross sections as needed to improve drainage and <br />driveabillty, repair of damaged sections of the asphalt, and reconstruction of concrete <br />Improvements (sidewalk, curb and gutter), <br />Industrial Way Water Quality and Storm Drain Improvements I City of <br />Costa Mesa <br />Mr. Schapel was responsible for the Preparation of Plans, specifications, and estimates <br />for the design of the Industrial Way Water Quality and Storm Drain Improvements with <br />the objective to eliminate the hoodingand current water quality problems caused <br />by the deficiencies within the exJstingstorin drain system. The project consists of <br />Installing an underground detention/infiltration facility within an open grass field <br />located south of the Anaheim Avenue and 19th Street Intersection. The project <br />V 5 included a hydraulic analysis of the entire storm drain system. <br />
