and operated as a 24-hour only temporary jail facility, there would be <br />no building / systems modifications needed to continue using the existing inmate <br />booking spaces, holding cells and connecting tunnel to the Orange County Jail. <br />Misdemeanor and felony detainees brought to the facility by law enforcement <br />agencies would be processed following existing jail policies and procedures and <br />could be cited and released, transferred to other jurisdictions, or moved through the <br />connecting tunnel to the County Jail facility for additional processing. <br />7 <br
