Any amounts which Tenant is required to pay to Landlord pursuant to this Exhibit •'F" (and/or far any services provided to Tenant in addition to <br />those Landlord is required to provide under this Exhibit •T" without additional charge) shall be payable upon demand by Landlord and shall <br />constitute Additional Rent.
