Architectural, landscape and site plans must be approved by <br />the Agency. <br />2.11 Housing/Population <br />L <br />Project Impacts <br />L• The project is anticipated to generate an estimated 8,630 <br />employees. However, due to the relatively high unemployment rate which <br />has added to the ample labor supply already existing in the City, the <br />proposed project would draw its employees from a resident labor supply <br />to a great extent. <br />1_ <br />Even though most of the job opportunities created by the', <br />project will be filled by persons already residing in the area, the <br />project will result in some increase in the demand for housing. Some of <br />the new employees will be persons residing a considerable distance from <br />the project who will desire to move into Santa Ana or other neighboring <br />L_: communities in order to shorten their commuting distance.
