Mitigation Program for the <br />City of Santa Ana MainPlace Mall Transformation Project <br />Final EIR Mitigation Measures (MMs) <br />Applicable? <br />Explanation <br />ride sharing and staggering of work hours. <br />A realistic target of 20 percent increase in ride sharing and transit usage <br />is established as the goal for a TSM Program. The developer shall be <br />required to develop a program designed to achieve the goal and submit <br />this program to the City for approval. In addition, the developer will be <br />required to provide a Transportations System Management Coordinator <br />to actively pursue implementation of the TSM/Parking Management <br />Program. This position need not necessarily be on a full time basis until <br />such time as implementation of a substantial portion of the proposed <br />office use is underway. <br />The developer also shall be required to provide and maintain a security <br />force whose task, among others, shall be to enforce all on -site parking <br />regulations. <br />MM 5.6-8: A. Design buildings to accommodate second level access from <br />Not <br />Final EIR Mitigation Measure 5.6-8 was previously implemented.
