1. Purpose: To address issues regarding: upcoming events, blackout dates, <br />Scheduling; and other issues of concern. <br />2. Held on: Third Thursday of every month or as specified. <br />3. Location: PW office 220 S. Daisy, Santa Ana, CA 92705 <br />d. Service Level Inspections <br />a. Provide an English-speaking Contract Supervisor to tour the contracted area <br />with the Project <br />b. Manager or his/her designee twice a month to determine compliance with <br />the specifications and to discuss required work. <br />c. Contractor's Supervisor must be authorized to sign documents and/or effect <br />changes to the work being performed. <br />e. As -Needed Meetings <br />Meetings as necessary to address immediate issues regarding: Safety, Injury, or <br />Damage; Public Nuisances; Business Interactions; Work Performance Delays; <br />Repair or Maintenance issues; and other issues of immediate concern. <br />Attendees: Contractor Supervisor and or Contractor Management <br />Representative as appropriate to the nature of the meeting. <br />f. Subject Matter to include, but not be limited to administrative issues, billing <br />questions, contract issues, operational, safety issues, and service issues. <br />4. Contractor Employees/Uniforms/Vehicles/Place Of Business <br />a. All Contractor Employees: <br />1. Ensure that all Contractor employees performing work in conjunction with this <br />project are always courteous, professional, competent, and do not cause any <br />undue disturbances. <br />2. Remove any employee who is determined by the Project Manager or his/her <br />designee to be incompetent, working inefficiently, disorderly, intemperate or <br />otherwise objectionable Immediately removed from work under this <br />agreement and replace with a satisfactory replacement. <br />3. The City of Santa Ana Is committed to a safe workplace. The Project <br />Manager or his/her designee may direct Contract Supervisor to immediately <br />remove any worker who is unfit for duty. <br />4. Employees must present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times. <br />5. Perform the work while minimizing disturbance to the citizens, residences, <br />and businesses. <br />6. Workers must have basic knowledge, experience, skills and abilities in <br />general labor, custodial maintenance, landscaping maintenance, cleaning, <br />trash handling, landscape care and street safety procedures to perform the <br />scope of work requirements in accordance with the specifications at all times. <br />Workers who do not demonstrate these capabilities shall be replaced at the <br />request of the Project Manager or his/her designee. <br />
