Emergency Services <br />The Contractor shall provide the City with names and telephone numbers of at least <br />two qualified persons who can be called by City representatives when emergency <br />maintenance conditions occur during hours when the Contractor's normal work force <br />Is not present In the City of Santa Ana. This shall be deducted from routine monthly <br />maintenance payments. <br />
