17. Contractor shah be responsible for the labor to repair damaged landscaping caused by <br />vandalism or vehicle accidents with material costs to be reimbursed by City. The <br />Contractor shall submit Invoicing to establish cost of materials <br />18, The actual cost of all materials passed on to the City for extraordinary <br />maintenance/repairs shall be wholesale cost of the materials. <br />• The wholesale cost shall be the actual cost paid by the Contractor reflecting <br />the best price, Including discounts available. Receipts shall be required for <br />reimbursements, <br />« At no time shaft the cost of materials exceed retail cost from the current price <br />list, minus the discount rates. <br />• Typical costs of the Irrigation parts, plant material, etc. to be submitted to the <br />City prior to approval. <br />
