<br />Jerome has served in this role on over billion
<br />of public works projects in the past 34 years. His
<br />experience encompasses potable water lines, recycled
<br />water lines, sewer systems, cathodic protection,
<br />reservoirs, wells, clear wells, treatment plants, pump
<br />stations, storm drains, program management, project management,
<br />construction management, inspection, specifications, estimating,
<br />constructability reviews, bidding, permits, utility research, contract
<br />administration, value engineering, scheduling, public relations, safety,
<br />RFI's, submittals, quality control, quantity verification, progress
<br />payments, certified payroll, change orders, surveying, material testing,
<br />SCADA, telemetry, disinfection, testing, start-up, O&M manuals,
<br />record drawings, claim mitigation, and expert witness testimony. Each
<br />construction project presents its own unique issues and concerns.
<br />Jerome has a knack for seeing these items and in resolving them well
<br />before they affect the schedule and the budget. Jerome will ensure that
<br />we provide the City with the precise level of staffing it desires, that each
<br />project is built properly, and that the Citys expectations are met and

<br />Senior Construction Manager
<br />UBill will support Kieler in construction management
<br />aspects of the on -call contract. With over 25 years
<br />of engineering and construction experience, Bill has
<br />consistently been responsible for the CM and inspection
<br />of numerous public works projects such as On -Call
<br />Public Works CM/CI Services for the City of Lake Forest, South Coast
<br />Water District Creekside Wellhead Facilities and Pipeline project, and
<br />various federal and state funded projects for the County of Santa Ana.
<br />His experience encompasses water and sewer lines; reservoirs; pump
<br />stations; wells; storm drains; channels; and other infrastructure projects.
<br />He has successfully served as CM on numerous similar public works
<br />projects, and is well versed in coordinating teams to deliver projects on -
<br />time and within budget.
<br />PATRICK HANIFY, PE, CCM, LEED AP, CISEC, QSD
<br />Construction Manager
<br />Patrick will support Kieler and Bill in construction
<br />management aspects of the on -call contract. With over
<br />14 years of experience of engineering and construction
<br />experience, Patrick often managed projects. His degree
<br />in engineering coupled with his design experience in
<br />public works, water resources and land development projects, provide
<br />his with a solid foundation for Construction Management and Inspection
<br />work. His responsibilities include the processing and reviewing
<br />RFI's, CCO's, RFQ's, shop drawings and submittals. He also reviews
<br />baseline CPM schedules, progress payments and bid documents;
<br />upholds code requirements; conducts progress meetings and organize
<br />meeting minutes; coordinates daily operations with Contractors; field
<br />inspections and materials testing; documentation of projects utilizing
<br />record drawings, digital photography, observation reports and quantities;
<br />coordinating with various agencies, utilities and residents, ensuring
<br />traffic control and site safety; and maintaining public relations.

<br />Construction Inspector
<br />Nick possesses over 12 years of construction inspection
<br />a experience and has successfully served in this role on
<br />t' several similar landscaping and irrigation, stormwater,
<br />sewer, and storm drain, improvement projects.
<br />Recent projects include the Marshall R. Bowen Pumping Plant No. 2
<br />Replacement, La Pata/Vista Hermosa Sports Park, Earl Schmidt Intact
<br />Pump Station Improvements Project, and various federal and state
<br />funded projects for the City of West Hollywood.
<br />Nick will keep detailed records and retain files for potential audit
<br />purposes. His typical duties include: performing daily inspections;
<br />administering contract documents; upholding code requirements;
<br />conducting weekly progress meetings; processing submittals, requests
<br />for information, change orders, and progress payments; ensuring QC
<br />and verifying quantities; coordinating with various agencies, utility
<br />companies, material testers, surveyors, merchants, and residents;
<br />monitoring the Contractor's construction schedule and safety plan;
<br />maintaining public relations; generating the final punch list; and
<br />documenting the work via daily reports and digital photography.
