<br />Construction Inspector
<br />Eric has over five years of experience and will serve
<br />as construction inspector. His typical duties include
<br />performing daily inspections; administering contract
<br />documents; upholding code requirements; reviewing
<br />submittals and requests for information; coordinating with various
<br />agencies, utility companies, material testers, surveyors, and other
<br />project team members; monitoring the Contractor's safety plan;
<br />monitoring the Contractor's schedule; maintaining public relations;
<br />generating the final punch list; and documenting the work via daily
<br />reports and digital photography.
<br />He is a licensed Engineer -in -Training and spent time engineering and
<br />designing projects before deciding to help ensure continuity between
<br />design and construction by moving to the field as a construction
<br />inspector/field office engineer. Eric's solid engineering background

<br />Nora is responsible for construction management
<br />coordination of a wide variety of construction projects
<br />in both the public and private sector. These projects
<br />have included water and sewer pipelines, reservoirs,
<br />pump stations, lift stations, wells, water treatment plants,
<br />SCADA, telemetry, start-up, testing, storm drains, and aquatic parks.
<br />Her work has involved document control during the planning, design,
<br />construction, and post -construction phases of work for the purpose of
<br />achieving project objectives involving quality, schedule, and budget.

<br />Marek has served as a project manager and/or
<br />electrical/controls engineer on the numerous water/
<br />wastewater facilities including wastewater treatment
<br />plants, pump stations, sewer stations, reservoirs, solid
<br />waste facilities, desalt plants, etc. His duties included
<br />overall responsibility for engineering, procurement and construction
<br />(EPC) related activities as well as coordinating and maintaining excellent
<br />client relations, preparation of proposals and specifications, supervision
<br />and approval of documentation and drawings, conceptual and detailed
<br />designs, generation/distribution feasibility studies, energy and power
<br />analysis, arc flash analysis, electrical safety program, systems
<br />integration, permitting support, construction phase services, start-up,
<br />commissioning and facilities testing, development of automation and
<br />control systems, systems integration, schedules, cost estimates, and
<br />coordination with vendors and clients.
<br />Engineering
<br />Safa brings over 21 years of experience in water,
<br />wastewater, and water reuse, planning, design, and
<br />� construction management in both the private and
<br />public sectors. His previous experience includes design
<br />engineering, staff augmentation, on -call contract
<br />consultation, program management, design -build owner representative,
<br />construction management, and resident engineering services. As a
<br />design engineer Safa, has performed hydraulic calculations, mechanical
<br />design, detailed design drawings, development of specifications, site
<br />work, and field calculations. As a Construction Manager, he has been
<br />udget
<br />responsible for construction oversight, schedule management, b
<br />tracking, and contractor negotiations.
