Michael Baker will provide sufficient qualified personnel and management to carry out the requirements of the Project. Construction Management Services duties will include, but not be limited to: 1. Conduct an independent, complete, and in-depth review of the PS&E package with field reviews with constructability/claims avoidance emphasis. 2. Schedule and conduct the pre -construction meeting with all stakeholders, including preparations of agendas and minutes; and distribute to all applicable entities. 3. Maintain consistent communication (daily or weekly, depending on project activity/complexity) with the City. 4. Facilitate, coordinate, and oversee the ongoing daily actions required to completely provide the full level of intended services and ensure that the project meets all applicable requirements. • Sewer Cement Pipe 5.
