There are already 4 gas stations and 4 convenience stores located less than a mile from the site of the project. We don't <br />need more. <br />2. This is mainly a residential area. The construction of the project will produce all kinds of pollution to the area (such as <br />noise and toxic fumes among others) and bring more vehicles to the area (creating more traffic and pollution). <br />3. Gas stations and convenience stores open late into the night and may be even 24 hrs.
