At buildout and stable occupancy of the Project, IMPLAN estimates that the direct, indirect, and induced impacts of
Project operations would annually support approximately 1,235 jobs and generate over $207 million of total economic
output for Orange County, with 349 jobs and over $57 million in economic output occurring within the City of Santa
Ana.
AECOM assumed retail operations at buildout would include a mix of restaurant, clothing, electronics, general goo ds,
and personal care services. Beyond retail operations, the major source of induced employment and economic output
is the household consumption of residents in the Project.
AECOM assumed the Project’s 80,000 SF of retail could support approximately 30 4 employees at structural
occupancy (250 SF/employee). The area’s median household income of approximately $72,000 was assumed for
976 households (95% occupancy of the up to 1,150 units).
