n <br />Line 107 Fremont to Irvington <br />Project - Completed in 2018 <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br />Fremont, CA <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company replaced a 22- <br />inch pipe with 8.000 feet of 36-inch steel pipe within <br />an existing utility gas and electric transmission line <br />corridor. This project required land rights research and <br />acquisition from twenty landowners and numerous <br />commercial tenants. Agreements for this project <br />involved negotiations and acquisition for temporary <br />construction easements, easement consents, <br />subordination agreements, right of entry agreements, <br />permanent easements, exclusive easement, side <br />agreements and settlement agreements. Notification <br />letters were prepared and forwarded to all Landowners. <br />Our personnel attended, coordinated and/or <br />participated in meetings with the City of Fremont <br />Engineering, Real Estate and Planning, Alameda <br />County Flood Control, and held public meetings to <br />discuss project scope and impacts to the community. <br />Our personnel also, conducted presentations before <br />the City of Fremont City Council, and provided project <br />management services, acquisition services and quality <br />review services for all acquisition documents. Our <br />personnel successfully negotiated and acquired 20 <br />easements/agreements to allow the construction of <br />this project without eminent domain action. <br />Line 107 Mission to Vargas <br />Project - Completed in 2oi6 <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br />Fremont, CA <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company replaced a 22-inch <br />pipe with 4,000 feet of 36-inch steel pipe. Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company required the installation <br />of a pipeline traversing down a sparsely populated <br />hillside west of Interstate 680 and the expansion of an <br />existing substation. Upon researching and identifying <br />the necessary land rights, permanent easements <br />were be required from three large landowners. <br />Agreements for this project involved negotiations and <br />acquisition for temporary construction easements, <br />right of entry agreements, permanent easements, <br />exclusive easement, side agreements and settlement <br />agreements. Project was complicated by a property <br />sale to a housing developer and making pipeline <br />realignment changes to address and mitigate conflicts. <br />Notification letters were prepared and forwarded to all <br />Landowners. Various meetings were held with the City <br />of Fremont, Alameda County Flood Control, adjacent <br />Landowners, and public meetings held to discuss the <br />project and presentations were held before the City <br />of Fremont City Council. Delivered the required right <br />of way for 14 parcels along the project corridor on <br />schedule and avoided the need for condemnation <br />services which saved both time and money on the <br />project.
