STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />REFERENCES <br />LONG BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />WILSON HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD <br />This project was estimated at $3,200,000. The project was submitted to DSA 10-weeks after we were <br />authorized to proceed. It bid at that estimate and was completed on time (in 2018) and on budget. There <br />were no A&E errors or omissions. We provided all design services on this project from design to DSA <br />Close with Certification. <br />A new irrigation cooling system was designed for all of the new artificial turf areas. We worked with an <br />outside consultant to engineer a new irrigation pump that could deliver the high GPM needed at each turf <br />cannon. We also specified a new controller with easy touch screen access for use by the coaches and <br />other facility managers. <br />LONG BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />CABRILLO HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD <br />Little was awarded to provide services to include Architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and <br />Electrical Engineering for the complete design, construction documents, approvals, bidding, and construction <br />administration for this project. The project included upgrading existing grass football/soccer field and DIG running <br />track with new synthetic surfaces and equipment for Long Beach Unified School District. It also included paving <br />improvement around the track and at accessible paths, new fencing and gates, storm drainage improvements, <br />and water cannon irrigation system for the field. <br />A new irrigation cooling system was designed for all of the new artificial turf areas.
