Probation <br />cannot be given automatically. <br />As a provision for SAP Probation, the student will be placed on a formal SAP Academic Improvement Plan <br />(SAPAIP). This SAPAIP is developed by the Academic Department, discussed with the student in detail, <br />agreed upon, and the student is notified in writing and a copy of notification is maintained in the <br />student's financial aid file and academic file. If the expectations cannot be agreed upon, the student may <br />be dismissed from enrollment. <br />If the student agrees to the SAPAIP, the student must meet or exceed the plan to be removed from SAP <br />Probation and returned to regular status. If after the SAP probation period of one semester, the student <br />does not meet the requirements of either SAP or SAPAIP, the student will be dismissed from enrollment. <br />50 2020-2021 Catalog Pacific College <br />
