<br />Ardurra's project and construction management group leader, Dino D'Emilia, PE, F.ASCE, QSD, has delivered
<br />public works infrastructure projects valued at more than $1 billion for public agency clients. His abilities
<br />as a project and construction manager are highlighted with the City of Long Beach's $103.1 M Belmont
<br />Pool Rebuild and Revitalization, and the City ofTorrance's $21M Transit Center Project and $1SM Del Amo
<br />Boulevard Extension. He has played critical roles on infrastructure projects to build, renew and upgrade
<br />freeways, city streets, transit centers, pedestrian paths, light rail, water mains, sewers, storm drains,
<br />greenbelts, soccer fields, and recreation centers.

<br />On -Call Construction Management Services, City of Anaheim, CA. Principal -in -Charge for CM
<br />services for $8 million in capital improvement projects that have included Fire Station No.5 (Winner of
<br />2018 BEST Award from the Southern California chapter of the APWA), Indiana Street Water Main
<br />Replacement, Imperial Highway and Big Sky Lane Water Main Replacement, Santa Ana Street Railroad
<br />Water Main Crossing with Metrolink/SCRRA, Citywide Sanitary Sewer Improvement Program/Projects -
<br />Group 6.
<br />On -Call Public Works Inspection, Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD), Irvine, CA. Principal -in -
<br />Charge for multi -year contract to provide full-time public works inspectors for capital improvement
<br />projects and developer improvements in the agency's service area. Representative projects include
<br />installing water mains up to 12 inches in diameter, lowering water mains, house line connections, fire
<br />services, water quality testing, street resurfacing, potable water wells and recycled water wells for new
<br />communities, such as Orchard Hills and Laguna Altura.
<br />On -Call Project Management/Construction Management/inspection, Various Projects, City
<br />of Irvine, CA. Principal -in -Charge for on -call contract. Since 2010, Ardurra has been providing the City
<br />with capital improvement -related construction inspection services, including assessment district and
<br />developer -related support. Selected projects include Marshburn Channel storm drain connections, the
<br />Agua Chinon Phase 1 mitigation, the Ridge Valley 30-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe Low Flow Line and
<br />new -home neighborhoods being developed by FivePoint Communities.
<br />On -Call Citywide Public Works Inspection, City of Irvine, CA. Principal -in -Charge for this multi -year
<br />on -call inspection services contract from 2019 to the present. Ardurra has provided inspection services for
<br />the successful completion of developer and City -initiated improvements.
<br />Sewer Main Rehabilitation Project, Phase 2, City of Manhattan Beach, CA. Principal -in -Charge
<br />for delivery of construction management and inspection services. This $1.7-million project installed sewer
<br />mainline replacements at four street locations in the south Sand section of the city.
<br />Eshelman Avenue Water Main Replacement and Pavement Rehabilitation, City of Lomita, CA.
<br />Construction Manager for this $1.6-million project. The project constructed an 8-inch polyvinyl chloride
<br />(PVC) water main on Eshelman between PCH and Lomita Boulevard to replace an undersized 6-inch
<br />ductile iron water main. The project installed new fire hydrants, service laterals, valves, blow -offs and air
<br />release valves. The project included pavement rehabilitation and striping of Eshelman within the project
<br />area. Paving operations included cold milling of the entire roadway on Eshelman Avenue from Lomita
<br />Boulevard to PCH. Inspection of ground surface resulted in elimination of all proposed crack sealing.
<br />The paving section consisted of 3/8-inch leveling course, 3/8-inch chip seal and 2-1/2-inch ARHM
<br />overlay. Appurtenant work involved manhole and valve adjustments, thermoplastic striping, traffic loop
